The Ghizzoni company was founded in the early ’50s at Villa Gaida, about halfway between Reggio Emilia and Parma, in the heart of the production of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

Its founder Remo Ghizzoni, initially turned to the local market, manufacturing equipment for the production, trade and expertise of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

Over the years, thanks to the continuous improvement of production and the constant search for new market opportunities, the company is experiencing considerable development, and its products are appreciated nationally and internationally.
